We have created a cocktail that combines the uniqueness of cacao, which is brought about by its long history and climate, and the blessings of the land and local culture. Each cocktail has its own cocktail word, and this word was also used as a way to express your love to someone. This is a slightly more mature series that incorporates these feelings.

This pairing kit is designed to carefully layer the "possibilities inherent in the ingredients,"
which siro has always pursued, with the calming roast aroma of husk tea, bringing them into your daily life.

We have meticulously selected a few well-suited varieties from Shizuku, siro's signature creation.
For the husk tea, we adopted a balanced roast profile, offering a subtle aroma and a delicate hint of orange peel.
Hold a piece of the chocolate in your mouth, and just as the lingering taste remains, take a slow sip of the husk tea...
That brief, deliberate pause subtly transforms the character of the ingredients, adding depth to the aftertaste.

●What is Husk Tea?
Husk Tea is a distinctive beverage made from the outer shell of the cacao bean—known as Cacao Husks.
It is characterized by a naturally sweet, chocolate-like aroma.
Cacao husks are typically removed during the chocolate-making process.
However, in recent years, they have gained attention and popularity as a drink due to their pleasant fragrance and potential health benefits.

STEP.01 Please retrieve siro's chocolate from the refrigerator. Also, prepare hot water at 90∘C and your favorite teacup. The chocolate will develop a smoother, mellower mouthfeel as it returns to room temperature.
STEP.02 Once the water has boiled, pour the hot water into your teacup to warm the cup.This waiting time is also precious for the chocolate; it will reach the perfect temperature for enjoyment at the ambient room temperature.
STEP.03 Discard the water from the cup and add the enclosed tea leaves. Pour in the remaining hot water (approximately 200cc or 200ml) to allow the aroma to bloom. The two minutes of steeping time are essential moments when anticipation builds.
STEP.04 Gently remove the tea leaves and take a breath, savoring the fragrance of the freshly brewed tea. Take a bite of the chocolate—now at its perfect temperature—and enjoy the "blissful pairing" as it converges with the warm tea.
